Merchants may cancel their monthly subscription at any time via the SoundPe Mobile App or Web Portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
If you experience technical difficulties on your smartphone model or the app fails to announce UPI payments as described, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds are initiated back to the original UPI/Bank payment method within 5-7 working days. To request a refund, email your order ID and mobile number to support@soundpe.in.
